Eight examples worth having ready
Nearly every healthcare interview here asks for real examples, and thinking of one on the spot is where good clinicians stumble. Set each one out in three parts, because that is the order a panel hears it in, the situation, what you personally did, and how it ended. A few words per part is enough; you are jogging your own memory, not writing a script.

Questions you can expect
What panels here ask, with a note on what a strong answer covers. Flag one as needing work and a worked example appears, set out in its parts, so you can see the shape of an answer rather than the words of one.
Answer each one out loud, then rate yourself honestly. Anything you flag becomes your agenda at the bottom of the page.
You can write an answer out too. Nothing marks it and nothing rewrites it — a panel can hear a rehearsed script, and your own example is the thing that lands. The four checks under each box are what a panel is listening for. Leave out anything that could identify a patient.
