   ETHICARE RESOURCING — PROSE LINKS
   --------------------------------------------------------------------------
   site.css, shell.css and guide-au.css all set `a{color:inherit;text-decoration:none}`
as a reset, and then style anchors ONLY inside navs, buttons and card grids.
The consequence: an <a> written inside running text renders as plain body
copy with no underline and no hover — invisible. On a page whose only prose
links route to the guide that owns a topic, that silently breaks the routing.

Load LAST in <head>, after whichever base sheet the page uses.

SELECTOR DESIGN — by exclusion, not by container list.
An earlier version listed guide-specific containers (.reading, .panel, .how,
.weigh, .fcard, .ans …). That worked on guides and matched NOTHING on the rest
of the site, because other page types use a different class vocabulary — so the
rollout could not reach the pages that were actually broken.
This version targets the shape of a prose link instead: an anchor that is a
direct child of a paragraph, list item or definition, and that carries NO class.
A prose link in running text is almost never classed; a card, button, tile or
nav link almost always is. That single condition does the exclusion work, and
any page that already styles its own prose links wins on specificity.

Palette comes from two tokens read as var() FALLBACKS — never a :root block
here. This sheet loads last, so a :root declaration would beat guide-au.css and
every Australian page would silently render teal instead of clay.
--link-ink the link colour (fallback deep teal, AA on every brand surface)
--link-rule the underline colour (fallback fern; guide-au.css → apricot)
